Consuelo De La Ossa-Magilligan earned her law degree from Universidad Del Rosario in Bogotá in 1998 and began her career as a contract administrator for government entities in Colombia. In 2005, she completed her Master of Laws in Comparative Law at the University of Miami School of Law. Practice areas in Florida are limited to federal immigration and include family-based and business immigration, investor visas, removal defense, asylum, consular processing, and complex waiver cases.
